AltiView Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These terms are an agreement between you and Fengwei Software ("we", "us") regarding your use of AltiView (the "Service"). By downloading, installing or using the Service you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please stop using it.

2. Description of the Service

The Service is an iOS app that provides altitude display, track recording, footprint logging, elevation profiles and 3D track views, data import and export, and iCloud backup. Some features depend on device hardware such as GPS and a barometer, so availability varies by device model and system version.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service. You may not:

Users who have not upgraded to Pro may see ads served by a third-party provider (Google AdMob). Upgrading to Pro removes ads.

The Service is provided "as is". Altitude, pressure, location and speed readings are affected by device hardware, weather and the environment (tall buildings, canyons, indoors), so accuracy cannot be guaranteed and values are for reference only.

The Service must not be used for aviation, mountaineering safety decisions, emergency rescue, professional surveying or any scenario with strict accuracy and reliability requirements. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features due to product, technical or policy reasons, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app.

9. Intellectual property

The code, interface design, icons, copy and other content of the Service are owned by us and protected by applicable law. Use without permission is prohibited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent court in our place of residence.
